5. Services & Consulting

  • If a consulting session has not yet been delivered, it is fully refundable.

  • If the service has already been delivered, refunds are evaluated case by case.


6. Software / SaaS Subscriptions

For software or subscription-based services:

  • Refunds can be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase

  • After 30 days, recurring payments are non-refundable unless required by law
